The rules of using Life Visor

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a contract between you and Devsign (“we,” “our,” or “us”), the company that owns and operates the Life Visor mobile application, available on the Apple App Store and Google Play, its Luna wellness assistant, and the website lifevisorapp.com (together, the “Service”). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

1. The Service and Acceptance

Life Visor is a wellness and self-understanding app. It includes Luna, an in-app assistant that reviews the information you provide and generates analysis, summaries, and suggestions to help you reflect on your habits and wellbeing.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the Service with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements and that any information you provide is accurate.

2. Subscriptions and Purchases

2.1 Plans

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription (“Pro” or similar plans). The plans available, their duration, and their price are shown in the app and in the Apple App Store or Google Play listing at the time of purchase. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change; if we change the price of a plan you are subscribed to, we will notify you in advance as required by Apple or Google, and the new price will apply from your next renewal unless you cancel beforehand.

2.2 Free trial and automatic renewal

Where offered, a subscription may start with a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription automatically converts into a paid subscription and payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.

After that, your subscription automatically renews for the same duration and at the then-current price, at the end of every billing period, unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited once you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

2.3 How to cancel

Subscriptions are managed through the store you subscribed with, not through us directly.

• iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Life Visor.
• Android: Google Play app → Menu → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Life Visor.

You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the period already paid for, and you will not be charged again after cancellation takes effect.

2.4 Payments and refunds

All payments are processed exclusively by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not process payments or store your payment details ourselves. Billing, invoicing, and refund requests are handled entirely by Apple or Google according to their own terms and policies:

• Apple's refund policy
• Google Play's refund policy

We do not have the ability to issue refunds directly and cannot override the store's decision on a refund request.

2.5 Lifetime purchases

If you previously bought a one-time “lifetime” license to Life Visor, that purchase remains valid for as long as the Service exists — it is not affected by the introduction of subscription plans, you will not be charged again for the features included in your original purchase, and these Terms apply to your continued use of the Service.

3. Luna and Wellness Disclaimer

Luna's analysis, insights, and suggestions are generated from the information you provide and are offered for informational and self-reflection purposes only. They do not constitute, and must not be relied upon as, medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, financial, or other professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Life Visor and Luna are not a substitute for consultation with a qualified physician, mental health professional, or other licensed provider. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, or are in crisis, contact your local emergency services or a crisis hotline immediately — do not rely on the Service. Always seek the advice of a qualified professional with any questions you may have regarding a medical or psychological condition, and never disregard or delay professional advice because of something Luna has generated.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service — including the Life Visor app, its design, the Luna assistant and its underlying technology, the Life Visor name and logo, and all related content, software, and trademarks — is owned by Devsign and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Service, except as permitted by applicable law.

5. Your Data

You own the data you create and enter in the Service. We process it only as described in our Privacy Policy, and solely to operate and improve the Service and to generate Luna's analysis for you. Using the Service does not transfer ownership of your data to us.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Service's infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code or models behind the Service, except as permitted by law.
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm another person, or to input content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes on others' rights.
• Circumvent, disable, or bypass subscription or payment mechanisms.

We may suspend or restrict access to features if we reasonably believe your use violates this section.

7. No Warranties

The Service, including Luna's output, is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, or complete. We do not warrant that Luna's analysis will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your particular situation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Devsign and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including any decision made or action taken in reliance on Luna's analysis or suggestions. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable Colombian law.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service, with notice where reasonably practicable. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, No Warranties, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law) will survive.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Colombia, except where applicable consumer-protection law in your country of residence grants you the right to bring a claim in your local courts, in which case that right is not affected by this clause.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Service or for legal reasons. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, provide notice in the app. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Apple App Store Additional Terms

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, these Terms are between you and Devsign only, not Apple Inc. (“Apple”), and Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. The license granted to you to use the App is limited to a non-transferable license to use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store's Usage Rules.

Devsign, not Apple, is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support for the App, to the extent required by these Terms, and for addressing any claims relating to the App, including product liability claims, claims under consumer protection or similar legislation, and claims that the App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support for the App.

In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the App to you, if applicable; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.

Devsign, not Apple, is responsible for investigating, defending, settling, and discharging any claim that the App or your possession and use of it infringes a third party's intellectual property rights.

You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. You must also comply with any applicable third-party agreement terms (for example, your wireless data service agreement) when using the App.

Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
